Mongo, on the one hand, Trump never explicitly called Black children "born to be criminals" ... Posts falsely claim Trump called Black children 'natural born killers' and 'born criminals' (Snopes) On the other hand, that's a really shitty thing to say, even about the most hardcore and irredeemable of repeat offenders.
