60-S-1 confirmed at close of the 3rd hour, in 60-1 (Extreme Overdue) territory. It will take a large drop to get a 60-E-1 (Extreme Overdue) Buy Signal.

Report #1 Status Report. 60-1 (Extreme Overdue) confirmed at the close of the 5th hour. Wednesday possibilities: 60-E-1 (Extreme Overdue) & UPRO Buy Signal, 60-S-2, 60-2. All Time Frames remain Bearish. Cycle between Cycles Strength Meter is now at -54 which is pretty bearish.
