"" game changer "" The first time I found myself thinking like my grandfather who needs these new fangled things. I stopped dead in my tracks and said 'self' don't impede progress, along with trust but verify.

It's not a bad sign for other companies. The main effects are with AMD, both the revenue from the deal and OpenAI potentially picking up 10% of AMD stock. It mitigates a bit of the NVDA dominance story. Not that AMD has better products but a company is willing to buy AMD chips rather than wait until NVDA can work through its backlog. Pricing may also come into it.

I was waiting to see if AMD has a bit of a pullback to add more. We'll see where it goes the next few days. I've not been adding more tech (much, a little AVGO) over the last few months. But this deal really does change things for AMD IMO.
