Power. Money, sex, ego, DOMINANCE. They redefine language and see it as natural order - not "fascism." MOST civilized people have self-control and understanding of sacrifice and a human collective. And most choose hope over fear. In Trump's head that makes you a Marxist commie. Immediate -Trump family lacks something in their brains. (Don, Eric, President Incontinental, etc.) They think the masses are suckers, and their job is to play us with their great brains. When we were kids we called it "King of the Hill." As Adults it's "Master of the Planet" or if you're Elon Musk, "Master of the Universe." I don't see why Trump even wants a fascist state (or Viktor Orbán or other authoritarians). It's such a worse way to live, even for the leader. I definitely don't understand why he has any followers, they would have such a worse life.
