Still have to be a buyer, this scenario is still risky for guys wanting to dump. Also I ain't a buyer here, I'm listening!

I call it fantasy, as I believe that any prudent investor should.

It was obviously misquoted by the editor. Even Intel couldn't meet that expectation. I think the intended message was that the networking system on a chip market is expected to be around $7 billion, which is what I am gathering from my research.
