Hi,

I'm one of those that are new to this stock. I agree that it is looking more and more like an "investment" ;-)

Besides considering it a "penny stock" are there any more demotions that NASD will do to VSNR if it goes down to some lower price?

Paul - I'm with you on the spin du jour.

If anyone is looking for proof of the irrationality of the market, VSNR is it in technicolor. This company is now profitable, is in a leadership position in market which is growing at over 25% per annum, and is broadening it's product range first into flatbeds and now OCR software.

Despite all this, it is trading at a price/sales ratio of 0.77 based on the last four quarters. If company projections of Q2 sales doubling Q1's 19M can be believed and carried forward, the price/sales ratio for the coming year is an absurdly low 0.28.

Sell the house, sell the farm, sell the lawn ornaments. BUY VSNR!
