I hope it's wild caught and not farm raised... We went to an expensive restaurant and I ordered a salmon dish, it said wild caught on the menu... When the dish came to the table I can tell it was farm raised and not wild caught... I pointed that out to the waiter and walked out... For the absurd prices they charged they have the balls to served farm raised... I never went back to that overpriced scam joint... So many restaurants, especially in tourist areas, are way overpriced and their food quality is inferior... The best restaurants are found in residential areas where they have to compete for repeat business... Restaurants in residential areas have to maintain a high level of quality or they close their doors... GZ
