Yes, it costs a little more at Publix, just a few pennies more, but without the skin it's so much easier to prepare, it's well worth the difference...

They have a very smart business model and I appreciate their efforts, it makes it a genuine pleasure to shop there...

I live in NY but also have a place in Fla. I go to Publix a lot. Very good service. Always a lot of checkout lines available so you get out quick. Maybe even quicker then self check. NY supermarkets though have more variety though in general
