We have Fios but only for internet access and stream all our desired television content. Seems much more reliable in our area than the cable companies. Have had Verizon wireless for years and overall have been happy with the service. That said, haven’t tried TMUS so I have no basis of comparison.

Re. Affinity4Investing Thanks for sharing your experience with the transfer away from VZ.

Yeah, I'm not fond of VZ service and the cost. We experience unexplained dead zones through-out our area. Don't know why, since VZ and T have cell towers all around us. When travelling international, they are super expensive too. I heard with TMUS, one can get free or cheap international service when travelling?

You would think they teach in business schools to treat your customers and employees well, so they stay loyal to you rather then throwing free/discounting stuff to attract new customers, while neglecting current customers.

Will have to start seriously thinking about the switch. Thanks again for the info.

PS: Our FIOS is not through VZ but through another local company, so don't have to worry about internet.
