Ain't it the truth! And you can pretty much say this for all stocks. While TA can be helpful at times for very short-term traders, those who create esoterica out of what are basically random patterns in order grasp the future are simply following a long tradition of entrail reading. . . with similar effectiveness. Then again, if you're going to write a book, you've got to fill up those pages. Now please excuse me while I go point and figure at my stochastic candlesticks because they seem to be moving even though they're average. Then I'm after the goat. It's my wife's turn to clean the altar.
