Viagra, like it or not, appears to be a drug for mild ED., IMO

and imo, mild cases are the most likely ones not to run out and seek treatment. this means that when PFE starts marketing, moderate and severe patients who seek treatment will most likely be on MUSE eventually, if not from day 1.

What this means for PFE's wonder drug with 1 billions+ dollars is sales is disaster, unless it becomes a recreational drug. Then, you gotta worry about tightening the schedule classification by the FDA.

Interpretation of Script and Refill Numbers

1.) Please attempt to obtain the information required to correctly interpret these numbers. Specifically, if a new MUSE customer starts with an Rx of 6 doses, assuming it is effective, when he runs out does he refill the original Rx (ie; becoming a refill #) or is he given a new Rx (ie; becoming a new Rx #)?

Should we interpret that early satisfied users (current repeat users) appear in the most recent months as new Rx or refills?

2.) Distributors. I have spoken to two distributors who are really upset about the inability to stock product. I assume then that there must also be many prior satisfied Customers who are now unable to obtain the product. If possible, ask mgmt about unmet demand and plans to communicate expanded capacity to the medical and Rx business community.

Diamond cutter, I have some Viagra questions; I don't know if they 'll be able to answer/if PFE will be there at all:
a)were the 4000 patients asked beforehand:"do you have nocturnal erections?'.
b)If the answer above is yes, then ask:"were these patients excluded from the study?" (they had psychogenic ED; not real ED ).
c)How were patients with psychogenic ED ( ie, not the REAL ED, ) identified.
d)how many of these 4000 patients had psychogenic ED?
e) how was the degree of severity for organic ED established in the Viagra patients ( ie mild , moderate, severe? ).
f) what was the end point for gauging success: erection? sexual intercourse? etc.

( I am sorry to belabor the issue but it is very important: people with psychogenic ED by and large don't need a drug: they need counseling.)

e)what were PFE's entry criteria for ED for their study?
f) when is the soonest and latest that the Vivus plant will approved by MCA and FDA?

This is all I can think off right now; I will post more if I have any.

Good luck.
