My Vitamin D?

Aldi's.

High Strength Vitamin D | ALDI UK

Now, I had the sniffles a few days ago, could of been Covid, I don't know, but I used the highly effective Ralf Baric treatment there, as promoted by the late Dr Zelenko.

So I took Quercetin and Zinc separately and (as usual) it worked a treat. Just took the one dose too.

Got those from a health shop on Ebay.

I cook my own apple pie too, that has Nigella seeds in the home made pastry. None of that store made crap thank you. OK there are ground cloves and ground nutmeg with the apples, not really drugs according to most.

Well I eat a fair amount of curry too I guess. Not really drugs but full marks to India and Pakistan on that food source. I think the spices, especially the Turmeric has health benefits too.

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away"

That's the lot.
