That's a strange date for an insider purchase - around one month before an earnings release. This would be outside the trading window for insiders at most companies I know. Maybe the date you gave was when the filing was made, not the date of the actual purchase. (If it was the real date, then they are being a little sloppy about their insider trading policy.)

Anyhow, as far as I'm concerned, the more purchases the better, and I'm not fussy about the dates either!

Thanks for your quick response. I found on
Yahoo a note that seems to say the CEO purchased
50K. But without any documentation and without
being able to get to the archives at the ST Paul
Star Tribune, I will ignore these statements.
