Bottom line. You are in-correct in regards to your more detailed description of how the technology works. Don't be so confident. :) I'm not here to type but to read. Besides I'm sure you'd be more happy hearing what you can get from BAT yourself. And as for why Joe would insists the details not be disclosed- Perhaps because the technology was un-protected. Though that seems to be changing with reports of preliminary patent filings... BTW- you were at the speedway Feb 10th? What didja think of the Magnum? (Assuming you stuck around while they took the car out for its re-alignment) Quite a piece of work isn't it?
