BALT resets quarterly, they just reset Oct 1st. The website updates the remaining buffer and cap all day.
Currently, the remaining upside (cap) is 2.32% net (includes expenses). So that's most you can make in the next 82 days even if S&P goes up 20% the rest of this quarter, I'll take that. Innovator considers BALT a bond replacement, I don't really agrre with that. Below is the link to BALT where you can follow the fund

I own CPST, CPSO and CPRO from Calamos these are all 100% buffered 1 year funds and you can see the current cap and buffer below. It's important to buy these on or near the first of the month, but you can decide whether they are worth buying currently by looking at the current cap and buffer compared to the first day.
