Watching 2/26 TLXN (from Jenna's new quarterly list) I like where this one is right now, looks like it can move. TAM (Tubos De Acerro) This AMEX stock is from an oversold Latin American sector (according to some sources I have read), with a close yesterday of 17 1/16, near to its 52 week low of 15 1/4 (or thereabouts). Received an upgrade from Morgan Stanley to Strong Buy, I find it to have an improving technical picture, earnings were released at .76 for the quarter, beating the .72 estimate from Morgan Stanley. Has a P/E of 5-6. Since this one gapped up yesterday, I don't know if it will fill the gap today, but I really think it is worth watching. By the way, it had phenomenal volume yesterday. My only reservation here is that it is a steel tube company and others in that business are not faring that well, but I read where this company is working on contracts in Venezuela. Anyhow, thought I would mention it as I like them when they are moving off their bottoms. When I looked at this one on Quotes Plus last night, it looked to me like it might have finished a head and shoulder pattern and was beginning a rebound. David
