I've had experience working on projects in Vietnam, and have seen what can be accomplished in top down leadership governments.

China is going to be an electrical behemoth, we are spinning our wheels as long we have Chump on our back.

Yes, China is light years ahead of us in technology, and have organized the world, especially Africa and South American, and BRICS against us, and Trump seems to have no idea they are going to clean his clock.

Trump has NO allies, having pissed them all off with his extortion.

He badly underestimates China and over estimates his hand.

He doesn't have the cards to play.
