Oh, I never said Pattaya was a Ladyboy capital, you have to consider the type of language your brother from another mother often leads with. Pattaya was originally known as a R&R spot for soldiers near the U-Tapao airport during the Vietnam War. en.wikipedia.org Where the troops are the ladies (biological females) will follow. Rumor has it Tiger Woods father met his mother while in Pattaya but whether she was a working girl, or more like a madam or hostess has always been a subject of speculation even among locals... and perhaps few know except those that were there which is so long ago. Post Vietnam I'd guess 1981 was a low point. How many high-rises did you see along walking beach road then? If only you had focused on long term beachfront investment potential versus drunken strangling... then you might have really amounted to something. But you are who you are, right? :-)
