I don't recall any 'perv' bullies, per se, but the kids who were bullies in my grade and high schools
were usually from lower income families and were themselves bullied by an older brother or father at
home. Prisons are full of them.

A bully confronted me in middle school. I was more autistic then than I am now. He said he was going to beat me up after school. I rather calmly told him that I was being picked up from school by a neighbor and so I couldn't be late to the carpool, but suggested maybe we could get together the next day.

He started avoiding me after that. I didn't even realize he had been threatening me until another classmate who witnessed the event told me what was going on. I was unbelievable clueless.
