Yes sir - thanks for posting to the thread! I've a feeling it might be getting more attention in the future. Glad I added more to my position a couple weeks ago :-) They are positioning themselves perfectly to become a key supplier of GaN and SiC devices into this new generation power conversion technology (solid-state transformers). Nvidia picked them for good reason. SiC devices for the higher voltage front end stages and <=650V Gan devices for the higher frequency DC/DC converter stages.
