Danman,

$1.5 million would be a nice influx of capital. But I would have to see the terms first before voicing an opinion.

This company has been living off its stock placements for years, primarily Reg S, which I detest.

The only positive was when McLaughlin (not "chuckie M." of Forte') made the $1 million restricted investment back in Jan, 96. I wonder if he is still a majority shareholder?? I heard that he had been pursuing some Japanese contacts about marketing MSU technology at that time but apparently things fell through. I'm sure it has been a bitter disappointment for him as well considering what he could have done with the money elsewhere.

As for Mike Reilly and his GFT boiler room operation, I hope the SOB rots in hell. It was nice to ride on the coattails of their pump and dump operation, but when MSU failed to come through with the goods, the handwriting was on the walls. My one regret was not selling at a greater profit than I did.

But of course, I was enamored with the company at the time and still a hardcore believer.

Regards,

Ron
