Retards also think the refining capacity was running at 100% utilization, rather than having some ~20% slack in capacity. yea...the Ukrainians wait till the repair is in progress or complete and then hit the refinery again...the Ukrainians now have the capability (will / determination and assortment of long range drones / missiles) to destroy the majority of Russian refinery capacity and petrochemical infrastructure..... just a matter of time......the Russkies simply can not protect their assets to the degree required.....it will only get worse for them....not better.....if there still was / is all this slack capacity, it would have been used...Russia is now importing gasoline.....lots remember this Moscow Josef?
