He feels that it is true. Surely his feelings count?

I was a H-1B silly, and yes I worked with loads of other H1-B's.

So thank you for the compliment. Yeah, we all worked hard and did a good job, we enjoyed their work and the challenge.

and I worked with lots of Americans too. It was a kool time for a short while. I was very impressed with the USA, still am, but they are currently going through a tough patch, & that's life.

That H1-B in the video is figuratively doing exactly what H1-B's do. Put their head in a noose.

H1-B Status: The modern equivalent of an Indentured Servant. Do as the master says (the company that your are indentured to) or bye bye. The kind of companies I worked for didn't hire illegals, maybe they looked other way for contractors. Fact is your company might say a good line but in reality they might not be too quick when it comes to delivering the green card. Luckily due to the capitalist society we live in some Lawyers (from Asia somewhere, maybe Korea) were drumming up business by calling up all the H1-B's and saying they could fast track a Green Card for about a thousand bucks. They delivered too. They got my highest recommendation: 5 stars.

I landed in the USA a little while before Black Monday stock crash. A lot of places got shut down and I was in the trailing edge of the technology, not the bleeding & leading edge. Lots of hoops to jump through and a lot of smarts were required. I didn't have many of those to start with, and riled up the management real bad.

Hopefully I have improved a bit since then.
