Looks like almonds lead them all.
Fortunately, no rocks here...yet.

My first kidney stone attack was in my late 50's, the worst pain I have ever had in my life, I passed a stone 3/8 x 5/16, with two sharp ridges, after the main attack i passed flakes and sand for years. I read what caused Kidney stones and everything I like was on the list, My urologist did not say anything to me about my diet. Been drinking a lot of water since

I recently got a ultra sound on my kidneys for a urinary tract infection, and there were no stones.

But every day for the past 8 years I peel an orange and a lemon or lime, put them in a blender, add some water and a packet of stevia and drink it with my meals.

I wonder if that is why I don't have any kidney stones?
