Bill, Only an idiot wouldn't know it takes 60 votes in the senate to open the govt. Owning the senate without 60 votes isn't owning this crisis. Then all it would take is for seven Democrats to flip. Again, you guys have the Senate, the House, the presidency, and the Supreme Court. You have all the power in the world to throw at least a few bones toward that starving pack of wolves that you claim is in your way. Use Trump's supposed power of the deal.
