50K GPUs shouldn't be anywhere near 0.5GW. That would be 10KW/GPU. I think 2x the GPU power would be close to the full up data center power, so 50K at 1.4KW would be 50K x 2.8KW = 0.14GW.

I don't think that math works out. Even at your low end of $7.5B, that would be $150,000/gpu. Not that I'd complain about those margins lol
