Free speech is great. Everyone supports it. But certain speech in the US it isn't immune from consequences. Certain speech is criminal, like threats. Certain speech is tortious, like defamation. Certain speech is fireable, like violations of employment agreements. And certain speech from foreigners that violates a country's guest conditions can result in revocation of visas.

The speech that the UK government is criminalizing, like silent prayer, falls into none of the categories above. But in your zest to criticize Vance, you reveal that distinction is beyond your intelligence.
