Nope. He has been charged with trespassing. Apparently that happened when ICE dragged him into the facility. ICE lies. A lot. Like with the number of "terrorists" captured in that raid on a Chicago apartment. The number of "terrorists" in the 37 they detained? It has dwindled to one. Even then, no evidence has been provided for even that meager claim. With the helos, dozens of men and such, the cost had to exceed a million bucks. Yet more performance art. Truth and reality take a beating.
