Thats the problem. The word "power". Both sides should work for the people and not wield "power".

Obviously funds are available then that aren't now, but the military was paid on the 15th.

True, but live by the sword, die by the sword. They went too far and the D's that we knew of will never recover. If they were smart, they would stay in a bunker and not show their cards till America first train passes by or they will be run over. They're not dead yet, but waiting till 2028 would be prudent.
