Thanks for the perspective. Yeah I don't think I'm going to bother with it. I'm way more comfortable with a larger fund like CII, which actually has an SSD safety rating.

RE: UTF...so you think UTF might drop once the rights offering is settled? I have a few bucks in an account that I was going to throw into some more UTF. the SC/NA watch list still has UTF as a buy, anything where the discount is under -2% and right now it looks like its -9%. I will probably buy this small chunk, but if things go south even more I could move some funds around to get more.

Update: I went ahead and bought a few more shares of UTF, just to get it done. We will see where it goes after the rights thing settles, I may add more.

I also added a few more shares of DNP in another account...it's on the border of buy with a premium of 5% currently.
