Hmmm, I was reading WEN's Q4 2024 earnings release to get an idea of what they're doing on a full year. It said they have delivered same store sales growth for 14 years in a row.

That's amazing. So they were the creme de la creme of fast food stocks for 14 years.

Unfortunately, something seems to have gone wrong in the past ~18 months, and the stock drops from $24 to $8.

Do you know what the problem is? Understanding the problem of the past 1-2 years (which has caused the share price drop by 65%) is probably key to investing today. Can they reverse whatever is wrong?

Buy Out offer by TriArtisan Capital Advisors in all-cash deal valued at $620 million. A Value Buy?

Not sure what they see in this buy. Maybe Take Private then IPO
