I see your point. It is interesting to see the UK is not backing up their currency with gold either.

Neither is Switzerland but I guess they are not worried about backing up their banking system.

I am surprised that the US is holding so much gold since we divorced ourselves from backing up our currency with gold a long time ago.

Good info ... I actually know very little about gold reserves. Do we still have it all stashed at Fort Knox?

Do you think or know if Asian Central Banks will continue to accumulate gold reserve at any cost? Thanks!
