I think China is making one of those once in a generation HUGE, and I mean HUGE, mistakes... They're leading all the world central banks in buying up gold in order to destabilize our currency BUT all the world's currencies are moving in tandem as the price of gold rises... So, what do they really gain??? All they gain is they've accumulated a lot of gold and none of the world currencies have moved at all... So, big deal... Unless there's something more to it, but I've been pondering that mystery for days and I see no benefit in their very foolish and self defeating game... This means after gold reaches some very high level that soon thereafter it will again fall down hard... Maybe not all the way back down but down hard enough not to make this hype worth it... This is why I put on a nice gold spread and silver spread... I'll take advantage of the rise but if/when it all comes back down to earth this spread will do just as well in the other direction... Give it another year or two at most, possibly much sooner... I do know that as soon as everyone moves to one side of the boat then the boat will surely capsize and everyone will go into the water... GZ
