You have a free speech right to criticize your boss. But don't complain if he fires you.
Trump is not my boss, thank God.

I have no obligation, other than to human decency, to speak sympathetically about Kirk's death.

This applies equally to citizens, permanent residents, and those here on visas.

You cannot revoke someone's visa and call that the "legal consequences of free speech."

Nor can you bully private entities into censoring or cancelling anyone that doesn't follow your political agenda.

That applies equally to Trump, Biden, Obama, etc., and it applies equally to all sorts of social media posts from Hunter Biden's laptop to comments about Charlie Kirk.

There is only supposed to be no consequences when its directed at govt. Thats what it really is designed for. if there are consequences it aint free
