It is a press release with 2 unrelated announcements. I think it is good to get investment in the company. CAYC's buying has probably held the stock price up recently. CAYC wants to be on the board and have a say in the way things are run, which is also good. Who are the officers of CAYC? How close is CAYC now to Oilex? If there is a new board member, will they try to shake things up, or go with the flow?

Alan Jones is CAYC's publicist. Offie, what was Jones' relationship with Oilex?

As for the convertible debenture for $2 a share, we need details. What is the time frame? If it is soon, how will the stock price get up over $2? I can only think of 1 way and it is not good.

Australia

How much oil is in the land in Australia and is 2.2 million a fair price for the override? How much did Oilex originally pay for it? Who is the bidder and how removed are they from the current Oilex management? How is the 2.2 million to be paid?

I think these announcements will have a positive effect on the stock price. There are still more conversions to be done, which won't help things in the short run, except CAYC will probably be buying stock and helping hold up the price.

I hope there are more announcements coming.

Baron, if you are out there, do you have any answers to these questions?
