Bill, There have been some cases of social media posts about Charlie Kirk where visas were revoked. The state dept cited them as “public safety threats”, stating the U.S. has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans. That's complete bullshit, and you know it. The State Department under Marco the Narco is trying to come up with any excuse to control speech under the guise of preventing "public safety threats." The INA authorizes revocations, and the BBB has broadened the reasons why. You might not like it, but it's the law. Congress is making a sheer mockery of the Constitution. They are chipping away at free speech protections hoping that the climate of fear that Trump created can be considered "constitutional." The Supreme Court needs to step in and call out the Trump regime's blatant censorship. Whether the current 6-3 court will do that or not is up in the air, but if they let this stand, they will go down in history as the Supreme Court that green-lit the path toward authoritarianism. Fortunately, this same Supreme Court already paved the way for future Supreme Courts to reverse their decisions. Unfortunately, the damage that this current regime is doing to this nation will take a generation or two to fix. Tenchusatsu
