There is no lie, Bill. Trump's unilateral revocation of TPS IS unconstitutional.

There were conditions necessary to be met in order to revoke them, but ICE Barbie failed to meet them, especially when she made up shit like pretending that Venezuela is a stable country now. (Did she conveniently forget that Trump is about to start a war with Venezuela?)

Just because the Supreme Court didn't make a decision one way or another doesn't make it constitutional. It just leaves the question up in the air.

Besides, if Trump had the basic constitutional authority to revoke TPS, then he wouldn't need an "emergency" to do so. All he had to do is say, "What Biden did, I just undid," and that would be that.

Again, it doesn't work that way.

And your desperation to "win an argument" is petty at best.
