I'd be looking for CSCO to hit or pass $70.

In fact, I haven't done a trend channel look at CSCO, but from first glance I'd say CSCO could get to 80 or so. If you're long the stock, it would be worth a hold of some or all...if you're in options I'd take the gain at $70.
