Thanks for the response, I share your thoughts on that as well. The only factor that would lead me to a buy out would be with respect to articles stating users are somewhat pissed that they would have to buy msft product and then the ctxs product for the add on capabilities that are for the most part necessary. Also, the fact that picasso does seem to have an incredibly bright future, not to mention the people behind ctxs. Boy, as I write I am convincing myself that this would be better deal for microsoft. Only time will tell !!!! red
