Nice try, but the 14th Amendment came 80 years after the Founders were gone.

Washington and Jefferson didn’t write it, they were dead and buried.

The Founders’ laws (1790, 1795) made citizenship for “free white persons” only.

The 14th Amendment came after a civil war to fix that.

So yes, people “belonged” after 1868, but don’t rewrite history.

That wasn’t the Founders, that was the cleanup crew.

Once again, try reading some history.
