I never know how that works Ralph, in practice I rarely ever see renewed news flows until the PP closes. However, I have seen assays released when a PP has yet to close. So I think more a matter of best practice than a rule.

In this recent Goldfinger interview of Mike Burke from Sitka, he states clearly that while the PP is still waiting to close they are in a "BLACKOUT" period. So there you go, I always assume no news while waiting for a PP to close.
