I think the tensions in Asia (really China) are only going to continue to grow. My guess would be there will be exploration into rare earths as a matter of national security and thus funding will come. I am unsure if it is so much a speculative boom or a sign of where the money will be flowing?

Even with the AI CAPEX boom taking place the ability to control your own supply will be crucial and it's one I see becoming a bigger focus. Post 2020 I think it made many aware of the risks of total globalization and there will be some desire to control the basics.

Ton of opportunity in Wyoming and Montana for development.

Paul- You recently mentioned TROX in a discussion recently. Ilmenite and rutile deposits often are associated with rare earths.
