CJ, TIL about the 3.5 percent rule. I remember that rule, but I forgot what the percentage was. Getting to 3.5% of the population here in the United States is very difficult. Something drastic needs to happen, such as a crippling economic depression or the calling of the draft for one of Trump's wars of choice. Given our current situation, 2% is pretty darned good.
