Thanks. No need to dig out the actual purchase date - just wanted to make sure they're not being careless.

It's actually kind of hard for someone like Blitzer to _ever_ make an open market purchase in a company like this. The point is that he's pretty much always in possession of material non-public information (like the exact status of the trials and the European negotiations for MGI-114). Paradoxically, a purchase by Blitzer in the open market would actually be a signal that there were no luscious (or, for that matter, disastrous)pending announcements coming any time soon.

A few days after the release of a 10-k is the safest time for real insiders to trade.
