It is interesting that they have no platforms to launch Tomahawk missiles and that might also be true of NATO platforms which are under the control of Americans and not readily available to allies. It makes a lot of sense to not allow nukes to be used to push a direct confrontation between the US and Russia to the exclusion of the Europeans.

A ceasefire along current frontline while the US and NATO continue to supply Ukraine. The Budapest meeting was cancelled since that was the main demand from the US/NATO to continue to exploit Ukrainians as mercenary force. Since the Iraq war, the US has waged every war using proxies or mercenaries because of the broad dissatisfaction of the public with being lied into war and the torture scandal at Abu Ghraib prison.
