By the way. Tava's utility joint venture with R.W. Beck, should produce the closing of engagements by next week.

On January 29th, Tava said "proposals to several other clients are expected to close in the next 30 days."

Tava already has CMS and Pacific Corp.
The Cruttendon Roth conference next week would be a good time to announce.

Just lucky John!!
I will say there were some persistant sellers around today some out of Denver. Whenever the home town is selling large I always raise eyebrows but I'll stick with my original call. Up strong next week!!
