Is that anything like when David Wells in the late 1990s, wore Babe Ruth's cap (obviously, one among many) and when the head umpire figured it out demanded he take it off and wear a proper, modern cap?

Cannot imagine your officiating little league in that heirloom. Maybe calling on local radio or even barking from the stands but wouldn't pinstripes denote bias even in your part of the state as a "umpire/judge"?

Of course no one is called the Blue Jays, Dodgers, or Phillies over there so I guess I could send you hundreds of dollars in uniform shirts without even testing kids on trivia let alone your bidding on such an heirloom. :-)
