As the integrated world markets come undone and everyone rushes to 'keep what they assume is theirs' things are bound to be messy ...(this case is not about the Dutch moving anything, production is already in country. The issue is the 'owners' (Chinese) 'exporting' the technology.

Greenland's foreign policy issues are handled by Denmark, not the Netherlands. US administrators might welcome an opportunity to influence production of lower grade chips by a company like Intel, in which the US now has a significant interest. It's hard to predict how all these recent events will affect prospects for Qualcomm. At least Qualcomm at the moment has a lead in the areas where it counts – AI neural processing with low energy use, and high performance modems with low latency. Maybe even China will listen.
