RE UTG - I'm already overweight in UTG thanks to the run-up in price. I don't think I should take on any more at this time despite the discount.

Makes sense to me and I'd wait a bit before adding. I think, I want at least a 7% yield before adding any more. UTG is down almost 10% on a week, so who knows, the discount may widen in a week or two. Will keep an eye on it.
