Anyone who buys this stock without solid answers to Offie's questions is a fool. It may move up, but rest assured, it will fall even faster if what Offie implies is true. These folks are in this to make money -- for themselves. Everything OLEX has done over the past several months has utterly destroyed any shareholder value in this company.
Make sure you read the thread and do a lot of checking before you buy this one.

a) All are oil/gas/mineral companies. Baron-Marney Capital Ltd, a Nevada Corp., is a representative of all.

2. Are there are common officers, directors, consultants or other principals between Oilex, Titan Energy and Caye Chapel?
a) Yes, And you know Baron-Marney is.

3. Are there any common shareholders with greater than 1% ownership between Oilex, Titan Energy and Caye Chapel?
a)Yes, Caye Chapel Inc. owns over 1% of OLEX and in it's press release announced it might acquire up to 5%. Caye Chapel has been in the market the last two days buying OLEX on it's own behalf and will be active next week.

4. How many shares, if any, of Caye Chapel does Allen L. Burditt, II own?
a) None to our knowledge, have you asked him directly?

5. How many shares, if any, of Caye Chapel does Phoenix Reserves, Inc. own?
a) None to our knowledge.

a) What acquisition deal for OLEX? Baron-Marney consults on these projects for Caye Chapel. Kenneth Liebscher is CEO.

13. What is the identity of the entity or individual which made the unsolicited offer to Oilex for purchase of its 35 million acre overriding royalty interest in Australia?
a) Can't comment- you should understand that.

FYI Baron-Marney will be representing two new client in March. We are
sorry to say Allen Burditt II also does not own stock in either of these projects.
